Basic legal essentials, your simply perfect Greek wedding:
This package is perfect if you would like your wedding ceremony to be simply intimate and personal without all the trimmings. Ideal for small groups. This package automatically includes local Town Hall weddings.
- Full, personal guidance in the gathering, legalising and translation of required paperwork, in line with legal requirements
- Arrangement, booking of and event management of full, legally recognised civil marriage service
- Processing of all legal documentation in resort, marriage license application and register office formalities completed
- All local town hall/register office fees and taxes included
- Professional wedding planner on-hand throughout your holiday and on wedding day to ensure everything is simply perfect
- Welcome meeting with your wedding planner upon arrival, introduction to the local area and gift of any special offers from our partner companies
- Any pre and post wedding visits to the register office accompanied by a member of our team. Transport provided
- Music of your choice at ceremony (pre-recorded) through our professional speaker system
- 2 witnesses at ceremony if necessary
- Collection of marriage certificate upon issue (Greek or English)

This small add-on package brings a touch of pampering to the pre-wedding preparations, and a few more details at the ceremony:

This add-on covers pretty much all of the bridal party’s requirements and also gives a lovely photographic story which will flow through the fun pre-wedding preparations, through the whole ceremony and finishes up with a big ‘yammas’ for everyone with a flute of bubbly after the ceremony. * You can upgrade the photography to carry on into the evening for a supplement.

Catering – the food and drink edition:
You have your favourite and most important people around you for your beautiful Greek wedding in Kos. Why not treat them to an amazing meal in one of our partner venues which we have hand-picked for their ultimate presentation, location, menu and service. All of our wedding reception venues are decorated to Weddings in Kos’s famously high standards, incorporating your own ideas and dreams. On our ‘special packages’ page, we have pre-selected packages that cover a range of venues, but if you are looking to have a meal only, we can offer the following:
- Full, high grade menu either in meze style or a three-course meal
- Wine, beer and soft drinks on table throughout meal (generous limit)
- High-grade wedding table decor including fresh flowers
- Wedding co ordinator in attendance throughout meal to ensure everything is perfect
- Traditional greek dancers to entertain you and your guests after dinner (approximately 1 hour)

Vow renewal
Weddings in Kos offer a comprehensive vow renewal service – we treat your vow renewal with the same delicacy and attention to detail as we would do a wedding, but without the fullness of an actual wedding celebration. This is ideal for couples who wish to celebrate their marriage again, or to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. It is nice to include children in these ceremonies, and we have hosted many family bonding ceremonies too, where two families become one for example.
Our package includes:
- Celebrant to perform the ceremony in English, Swedish, Polish, German, Dutch or Greek
- Decorated ceremony area
- A copy of the ceremony reading to take home on high-grade paper, including your signatures
- A bottle of Prosecco (white or blush) to celebrate your vows
- Bridal bouquet and groom’s buttonhole
- Music of your choice at ceremony (pre-recorded)
- Photographer to cover full ceremony and couple/group shots afterwards
