Once you’ve decided on what date you would like for your wedding here in Kos, you need to book it to secure it.  We only book one wedding per day at any time, to ensure that you have our full attention on your big day.  The result of this, however, means that the popular dates are booked early, and then they are unavailable for any other booking.  This is common in the popular months of June and September.  This in mind, we urge you to put a deposit on your date as soon as you can, and then think about all the finer details at a later date.  The date can be confirmed with a £250 deposit, and then the remaining balance does not need to be settled until 2 weeks before you fly.  In the case of a very advanced booking (for example 2 years in advance), Weddings In Kos are totally flexible around your chosen date to accommodate travel plans and holiday times that may need to be tweaked as time goes on.  Subject to our other bookings, we are flexible with this to ensure that you have the completely stress-free experience that you are hoping for. You can either make a deposit here via Paypal for the £250 and then notify us of your preferred date, or you can contact us first to discuss your options before committing to the date. Once your date is confirmed, we will draw up a contract of agreement which outlines our commitment to you and yours to us.  It acts as a receipt for your deposit, and can also be used for insurance purposes.
